This night cream could help with sleeping problems
6 tbsp. almond oil
4 tbsp. hydrous lanolin
4 tbsp. cocoa butter
4 tsp. rose water
1 tsp. honey
Put almond oil, lanolin and cocoa butter in a glass bowl, stand in a saucepan of water and bring to boil, simmer and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat, ledt it cool a little, add the rose water and honey oil. Then beat until all thoroughly mixed.
